1. How does Adam work?
After putting in a few details through our online calculator, one of our experienced managers will get in touch with you to confirm the requirements of the job. After receiving your confirmation, we will allocate one of the most suitable professional for your job. We can start painting the next day. After the job is finished we will check your satisfaction and send you the payment details.
2. How can you price my order without seeing the property?
Thanks to our experience in the Australian market, we are well-versed in the typical measurements of rooms and spaces in regular flats and homes. However, as we delve into the specifics during our phone discussion, we kindly request your assistance in sharing any details about exceptionally spacious areas that may go beyond the standard dimensions. If you're unsure whether your room falls into this category, you can use your friends' or parents' places as a reference point for comparison. Importantly, please relay this information to our project managers during your phone conversation, as it allows us to provide you with an accurate estimated price upfront, ensuring a transparent and pleasant experience without any unexpected surprises.
3. How do you ensure a good quality finish?

4. When and how do I pay?
The payment is made only once the job is finished, provided that you are fully satisfied with the end result. We will issue a payment request by email that ought to be paid through bank transfer.
5. What’s included in Basic, Essential, Premium, Prestige and Custom paint packages?
Basic Perfect for a simple wall refresh on a budget. You supply the paint, and primer is not applied. By skipping the primer step, this package reduces labour time while still delivering a quality finish. Best suited for straightforward paint jobs that don’t require repairs or special durability. Essential Ideal if you want a consistent white finish and have the painter supply the paint. This package includes reliable, high-quality white paints—Dulux Wash&Wear, Dulux Trade Supermatt, Dulux Total Cover Pure Brilliant, and Dulux Pure Brilliant. Primer is included and applied to improve durability and adhesion. Premium Great for when you want premium white or coloured paints, including durable finishes for high-traffic areas like kitchens and bathrooms. Includes Dulux Heritage (whites and colours) and Dulux Easycare (washable and moisture-resistant). Primer is included and applied for long-lasting results. Prestige For when only the best will do. This package includes top-tier designer paints from Little Greene and Farrow & Ball (Modern Emulsion and Estate Emulsion). Primer is included and applied with extra care to ensure a standout finish and exceptional durability. Custom You supply the paint, but we take care of applying primer to ensure a long-lasting and professional result. Perfect if you want to use your own materials but still benefit from using primer.
6. What is "Extra cleaning" ?
Extra cleaning is an extra service to ensure that the partner leaves the apartment in the same condition as when they arrived. They will remove the dirt caused by the painting. However, it is not a cleaning service in the sense of window cleaning, etc.
7. When are you available to start the project?
We have a large network of local professionals in Australia and therefore, can start at your earliest convenience, even tomorrow!
8. If there is something that I am not satisfied with, can it be fixed?
There will be a project manager assigned to your job from the beginning to the very end. In case you have any questions or find shortcomings in the work, please contact your assigned project manager who will help mediate between yourself and the professional in order to solve the issue. We pride ourselves in providing the best quality and therefore highly value your feedback.
9. Does the professional have to come for an examination before the job starts?
We want to save both your and the professional's time and with our profound experience, there is no need for examinations anymore. Based on our experience we can price most of the requirements over the phone. In case you have a specific requirement, please send us photos and we can provide the price within a few minutes.
10. What if I need to paint something very specific or uncommon?
If you have something additional you need painted and it is not included in the online calculator (eg. a staircase, the exterior) please write it in notes and send us photos on adam@myadam.pro
